Terms of use.

Ballers Addict is an independent basketball apparel label from Indonesia. These terms cover this website (the “site”) and any order you place with us after visiting it.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

You’re welcome to browse, share links and screenshot pieces you like for your own use. Please don’t:

• try to break or overload the site, or get around its security;
• scrape or bulk-copy the site, its photos or its artwork;
• use our name, logo or prints to sell or promote anything, or to pass yourself off as us.

We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time.

Prices are in Indonesian rupiah (Rp). Any shipping cost is confirmed separately when you order.

The catalog shows illustrated mockups, and the lookbook shows photos. Screens and print runs vary, so the colour and placement of a print on the real piece can differ slightly from what you see.

A piece being on the site doesn’t mean it’s in stock. We confirm availability, sizes and the final price when you message us. If a price on the site is wrong, we’ll tell you the right one before you pay, and you can cancel.

Size charts are measured with the garment laid flat, in centimetres. Small differences between pieces are normal.

We don’t take orders or payments on the site. Buy now and Message us to order open a direct message with @ballersaddict on Instagram, and the order happens there.

Your order is confirmed once we’ve agreed the pieces, sizes, total price and delivery details in that conversation and you’ve paid the way we agreed. Until then, either of us can cancel.

Only pay using the details we send from our official account, @ballersaddict. We will never ask you to pay through another account.

The delivery method, cost and estimated time are agreed in the DM. We’ll pass on tracking details when the courier gives them to us.

Check the size chart before you order. If something’s wrong with what arrives, such as the wrong piece, the wrong size or a defect, message us as soon as you receive it, with photos, and we’ll work out a fix with you.

Any exchange or return, and who pays to ship it, is agreed in the DM. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under Indonesian consumer protection law.

The Ballers Addict name and logo, and the prints, illustrations, mockups, photos and text on the site, belong to Ballers Addict or the people who made them for us, and are protected by intellectual property law. You can share links and posts, but you can’t reproduce, print or sell our designs without our written permission.

The site links to Instagram, which Meta runs under its own terms and privacy policy. We aren’t responsible for other sites or how they handle your data.

We work to keep the site accurate and online, but it’s provided as it is, with no promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses caused by using the site or by being unable to use it. Nothing here limits any liability that Indonesian law doesn’t allow us to limit.

We may update these terms when the shop or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. An order follows the terms in effect when it was confirmed.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If something goes wrong, message us first and we’ll try to sort it out together.
