Privacy policy.

Ballers Addict (“we”) is an independent basketball apparel label from Indonesia. This policy explains what personal data we handle when you visit this website or order from us through Instagram, and what we do with it. We handle it in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022, the “PDP Law”).

Very little. The site has no accounts, sign-up forms, newsletter or checkout. It doesn’t use cookies, analytics, ad trackers or pixels, and it doesn’t save anything in your browser. Fonts and images come from the site itself, so loading a page doesn’t contact Google, Meta or any other third party.

Orders happen in Instagram direct messages. When you message us, we see your Instagram username and profile, and whatever you send. To complete an order, we usually ask for:

• your name and phone number;
• your delivery address;
• the pieces and sizes you want;
• proof of payment, such as a transfer receipt.

We use these details only to confirm, ship and support your order, answer your questions and keep the records the law requires. We don’t use them for advertising, and we never sell them.

Instagram is run by Meta, which processes your messages under the Meta Privacy Policy.

Only the people who need it to get your order to you:

• couriers, who get your name, phone number and address to deliver your parcel;
• authorities, if the law requires us to share it.

Your bank or payment app handles your payment under its own terms. We only see what we need to confirm it.

We keep order details for as long as we need them to deliver and support your order, and after that only as long as tax and accounting rules require. Messages stay in Instagram until you or we delete them.

Under the PDP Law, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
• correct or update it;
• delete it, or stop using it, unless the law requires us to keep it;
• stop using it based on consent you gave us earlier.

Send your request to @ballersaddict on Instagram. We’ll answer within the time the PDP Law sets. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Indonesian authority responsible for personal data protection.

Only the people who handle orders at Ballers Addict can see your order details, and we take reasonable care to keep our accounts secure. No way of sending or storing data is perfectly safe, so please don’t send us more than an order needs. We will never ask for your passwords, PINs or one-time codes.

The site isn’t aimed at children. If you’re under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order with you.

If what we collect or how we use it changes, for example if we add analytics or an online checkout, we’ll update this policy first and change the date at the top.
